Who we are

RokketBox is operated by Rokketek, an Australian business. This policy explains what data we collect when you use RokketBox and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email address, name, and any connected social login details on our behalf.
• Usage data. We collect basic analytics about how the app is used (pages visited, features run) to improve the product.
• Saved designs. Box designs you save are stored against your account so you can load them later. They are private to you.
• Payment data. When billing goes live, payments will be processed by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details; we only receive subscription status from the payment provider.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your designs or account details with third parties except the service providers named above, who process data solely to run the product.

Data retention and deletion

Your account data and saved designs are kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from your profile settings, or contact us and we will remove your data.
